- Continuous improvement of the CADS certification curriculum and Course Conductor training
- New level 3 instructor curriculum update: Intermediate and advanced student instructor training
- A CSCF coaching module prep, including ski improvement, coaching skills, intro to ski racing disciplines. This will be an excellent preparation to help interested new coaches achieve their CSCF entry level coaching certification and para-module at the 2018 CADS Festival.
What's new in Snowboarding?
- The final Level 1 manual and Course Conductor Training Curriculm
- A full CASI level 1 certification course with 20% discount
Who should attend?
- Ski -> Any current or new CADS Level 3's who wish to become a CADS Course Conductor.
- Ski -> Any existing CADS Course Conductor only qualified to run Level 1 courses must attend if they wish to conduct courses next season.
- Ski -> Any existing CADS Course Conductor already qualified to run Level 2 courses may attend to further their skills but It is optional. Therefore not mandatory to maintain your CC status.
- Ski --> Anyone wishing to develop their coaching skills.
- Snowboard -> all interested snowboarders (coaches, instructors, examiners, LF's, volunteers, directors, etc..) and returning CADS certified Course Conductors.
